Laser welding has proven to be one of the most precise and efficient methods for manufacturing bipolar plates in fuel cells. Due to the high requirements for accuracy and quality in the production of bipolar plates - especially with regard to gas-tight connections and structural integrity - the laser offers significant advantages over conventional welding methods.
